Welcome
We are so glad you found us! Cottonwood Presbyterian Church has been a witness to Christ’s love, grace, and hope in the southeast part of the Salt Lake Valley for over 70 years. We are a warm, friendly, and diverse congregation that enjoys worshipping together using a variety of musical styles. Most folks know us because of our SOUL Garden which is a community garden that has been on our property since the 1980s or because of our work with one of our many mission partners.
Join us for worship on Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
Nursery Care available from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Sermon Series
The story of Joseph is well known mostly for his "technicolor dreamcoat" or his "coat of many colors." While this might be the most famous part of the story it is hardly the most important. The story of Joseph is a long narrative arc in the book of Genesis taking 13 chapters to tell. It is a story filled with love, joy, pride, betrayal, pain, dreams and ultimately forgiveness and reconciliation. More than all of that it is a story about how God is at work in the world in ways we might not see today, tomorrow or even for years to come. It is a reminder that God is working to make all things right even if we can't always see it. It is a reminder of God's faithfulness, sovereignty and love for us.
Come and join us as we learn what it means for God to still be at work in our lives and the world around us even when it seems like God is absent.
life together
Life Together: Here at Cottonwood we seek to be a community in Christ together, for the World. We do that by worshipping together, serving together, learning together and just being together. Here are some ways to get connected in the following weeks.
