PW WORLDWIDE RIGHT HERE ON VINE STREET 

Your Cottonwood PW wish to notify all women of Cottonwood Presbyterian Church that we are members of P.W. Worldwide, an organization that encompasses the world and yet so close on Vine St. You are needed and wanted at all our functions. Looking forward to a new year of gatherings to serve our church. With your help we will have a successful, wonderful year of fellowship, mission work and growth.

A suggestion box will be on the P.W. board for suggestions on how we can meet your needs and program ideas.

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 7:00 P.M.  Sarah Circle

The Sarah Circle continues to welcome others who would like to join us in our study of women of the Bible, using the book, “Sarah Laughed.”  We meet the third Sunday of each month at 7 p.m. in homes of members.  We learn, we laugh, we form stronger bonds of friendship.  If this interests you, please call Sue Martin for more information and directions to the next meeting on November 16 (209-3062).  Carpooling can be arranged.

Prayer Shawl Requests Exceed Supply—If you can knit or crochet a shawl for our growing project, we welcome you to the ministry.  Check the PW bulletin board in the main hall for further information.  You may contact Alice Astroth at 943-7843 or alastroth@aol.com.

 PW Needlework Group—Please join us on Wednesday, August 6 at 7:00 p.m. in Room 6 to continue to work on prayer shawls and baby clothes.  Bring your project or come to learn how to participate with us in this meaningful ministry.  We offer this evening meeting to those who are unable to come to our weekday get-togethers.
