Labor of Love
An Interdenominational and Community Celebration of Service.
Youth from across the Salt Lake Valley are growing food to donate to the needy.
Saturday September 6th, will be an interdenominational and community celebration of service at the Cottonwood Presbyterian Church, home of one of the youth gardens.
Early in the morning, vegetables from multiple gardens will be harvested. They will then be brought to the church. Produce will be sorted and packed into boxes for needy families throughout the area. Then, pastors from various churches and government dignitaries from around the valley will speak about the importance of serving the community.
